1. Who you are dealing with

Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 says a supplier selling online must show these details. They are being completed; until they are, nothing can be bought on this site.

2. What is sold

Insider shows, for a paid account, the UK49s numbers that the public sources listed on the scoreboard published for the next draw, captured from their public pages before the draw, with the capture time and a link to each source's graded record. one week: R10. one month: R29. free (launch month): R0. free for inviting friends: R0.

A claimed listing lets the owner of a listed source put a verified badge on their scoreboard row and record page, with a link to their page; the larger plan adds a join button to a link they choose. Claimed listing (badge and link): R99 a month. Claimed listing with a join button: R299 a month. Ownership is proved by placing a code we issue on the page we capture from.

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where we are registered for it. We may change a price for future billing periods with fourteen days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period already paid.

3. What is not sold

• No forecast. UK49s draws are random. Insider shows other people's published numbers; BetTip makes no claim that any of them, or any BetTip rule, will hit. The scoreboard exists to show how they actually did.
• No rank. Nothing about a claimed listing, Insider, a referral or any payment changes a source's place, hit rate or grading. The table is ordered by record alone. No prize, bonus, discount, free period or placement is ever tied to how any numbers perform.
• No bets. BetTip is not a bookmaker and takes no stake. Any betting is between you and a licensed operator, on their terms.

4. Billing

Payments are taken by Payfast. BetTip never sees or stores your card number. Plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled; the renewal is the same amount unless you were told otherwise under section 2. A failed renewal ends access when the paid period ends.

Cancel anytime from your account page. Access continues to the end of the period already paid and nothing further is charged.

5. Refunds

Your first payment on any plan is refundable in full if you ask within 7 days of it, from your account page, for any reason. Access stops when you ask and the money goes back the way it came within seven days. Renewals are not refundable, because you can cancel before them. This sits alongside the cooling-off rights in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, which are not reduced by these terms.

6. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. One account per person; keep the password to yourself. We may close an account that shares Insider content, scrapes the site, claims a listing it does not own, or breaks the law; a paid period is refunded pro rata if we close it without cause on your side.

7. Referral codes

Every account has a code. When a new account created with your code makes its first payment, that account gets 7 extra days on its plan and yours gets 30 extra days (banked until you have a plan if you have none). Once per referred person, no cash value, not for sale, and we may withdraw the programme for future sign-ups at any time. Sharing your code is your own message to your own contacts; do not send it to people who have not asked to hear from you.

Launch period. While payments are being set up, the first 500 accounts get 30 days of Insider on sign-up, and each new account created with your code adds 30 days for you, up to 365 days ahead, with no card and nothing to cancel. Days already granted run to their end date if the launch period closes. Accounts created only to trigger grants may be removed.

8. Claimed listings

The code must stay on your page while the claim is live; we may re-check it. The join link must be yours and lawful, and may not lead to an unlicensed gambling service in South Africa or to anything a reasonable reader would find deceptive. A claimed listing carries the badge and the link and nothing else: the numbers we grade are still read from your public page exactly as before, and your record stays whatever the draws make it. Only one claim per listing; a dispute over ownership is settled by which account can place the code.

9. Liability

The service is provided as captured. We do our best to read every source before every draw, but a source may change its page, publish late or not at all, and a capture may fail; Insider is then thinner for that draw and no refund is owed for it. To the extent the Consumer Protection Act allows, BetTip is not liable for any loss from betting decisions made with anything on this site.

10. Law and changes

South African law applies. We may update these terms; a material change is announced on this page and by email fourteen days before it applies to existing plans. 18+ only. National Responsible Gambling Programme 0800 006 008.
