Who actually hits
Every source that publishes UK49s numbers before the draw, scored against the real result after it, on one page. BetTip's own systems are on the same list under the same rule, with a random set beside them so you can see what chance alone scores.
Hits per draw is how many of a source's numbers landed among the six main balls, averaged over its graded draws. Chance expects six forty-ninths of each number picked: 0.73 hits a draw for six numbers, 0.37 for three. "Versus chance" is hits divided by that. A row needs 10 graded draws before it is ranked. Nothing here is a prize, a reward or a promise: a lottery draw does not remember yesterday.
